Unstable network or weak signal: Poor network conditions may prevent the verification code email from being received in a timely manner.
Solution: Switch the network, such as from Wi-Fi to mobile data, or move to a place with a better network signal, and then try to obtain the verification code again.
1.Spam filtering: The verification code email may be misjudged as spam, intercepted, and placed in the spam folder.
Solution: Log in to your email account and check the spam folder to see if the verification code email is there. If so, mark it as non-spam and add the sender to the whitelist.
2.Email receiving rule settings: Setting overly strict email receiving rules may cause the verification code email to be directly rejected or moved to other folders.
Solution: Check the email receiving rule settings to ensure that there are no restrictions or filters on the source of the verification code email. If necessary, temporarily turn off the email rules.
1.Full mailbox: The mailbox storage space is full, making it impossible to receive new emails, including verification code emails.
Solution: Delete some unnecessary emails to free up mailbox space, and then try to obtain the verification code again.
2.Abnormal account: There are abnormalities with the email account, such as being frozen or restricted, which may prevent the normal reception of verification code emails.
Solution: Contact the email customer service, query the account status, and follow the customer service's suggestions to handle it, such as unfreezing the account and completing identity verification.
1.APP malfunction: There may be bugs or malfunctions in the APP itself, resulting in problems with the successful sending or receiving of verification code requests.
Solution: Try to exit the APP and reopen it, or restart the device and then open the APP to obtain the verification code. If the problem still persists, try uninstalling and reinstalling the APP.
2.Delayed verification code sending: There is a delay in sending the verification code on the APP side, and it may take a while to receive it.
Solution: Wait patiently for a few minutes. Do not click the "Get Verification Code" button frequently to avoid confusion in the verification code sending process.
Busy or malfunctioning email server: The email server may be in a busy state or malfunctioning, causing the verification code email to be unable to be sent or received in a timely manner.
Solution: Wait for a while and then try to obtain the verification code again. You can also check the official website or social media accounts of the email service provider to see if there are any announcements about server malfunctions.
Intercepting verification code emails: The security software or firewall installed on the device may mistakenly intercept the verification code email.
Solution: Temporarily turn off the security software or firewall on the device, and then try to obtain the verification code again. After success, adjust the security software settings to add the source of the verification code email to the trusted list.
